St Vincent House, Southsea says good bye to Senior Carer as she leaves for retirement.

Today we say good bye to one of our longest serving carers, Maureen, as she leaves St Vincent Care for retirement after 21 years and 10 months.

Mo joined St Vincent House, Southsea in September 1997 and worked her way up to be a brilliant and much-loved Senior Care Assistant.

Over the years Mo has seen a change of management, building renovations and staff members come and go. She has formed fantastic relationships with the residents and has always shown a genuine interest in those whom she has been caring for.

The new manager, Kelly Barnett, said, “I think for me coming in as a new manger it was evident that Maureen was a pillar within the team and had a wealth of knowledge and she is surely going to be missed by both the staff and residents.”
