My 60+ Mile Dementia Challenge – Update 04
Where is the time going, less than 4 weeks to go until the challenge. I have managed two bike rides and two training runs this week.
Whilst I continue to add miles to my training the real competition has started in each home, the latest update for the home that has collected the most sponsorship so far is:
