Just a quick note to express our heartfelt thanks for all your help together with all the other staff, with looking after Mum, it was greatly appreciated by us, you made the years that she stayed with you very happy for her, and we know that she enjoyed being there (especially in the early years when she was still cognitive). Your help certainly took a lot of the stress and strain away from us, especially as it is such a terrible illness. Once again Many Thanks. (St Vincent - Southse)

Your staff, as usual, were most helpful & pleasant when we were there today. It was nice to hear some little stories about Bett from MiMi & Sharon. You just have the most wonderful team there who have surpassed all expectations for how they cared for Bett. I know that she felt safe, happy & well cared for. (St Vincent - Southsea)

As a family we found the staff at St Vincent's House Southsea dedicated to our late father. The care they gave always tailored to the individual and shown with genuine kindness and fondness. The staff although so very busy always made time to talk to him. The meals are as delicious as they are beautifully presented. The views over Southsea Common to the sea give so much pleasure not to mention fresh air and exercise. Lots of inhouse stimulation too - art and exercise classes. Important for us was that our family participation was welcomed. We cannot thank St Vincent's enough for looking after our father so well.

May I take this opportunity to thank the Management and the staff for their consideraion and professionalism in looking after my mother during her year at St Vincent House, Gosport. There was always a smiling face to greet us whenever we visited, and we were struck by the clean and well organised nature of the home, and the compassion of the staff.
